2002 Rabbie Burns Supper

Presentation of the Haggis (North County Scots past president Stuart Cumming, Bonsall, presents the haggis to guests during the Burns Supper.  Cumming, a native of Scotland who now serves as chef at the Rawhide Ranch in Bonsall, prepared the haggis from his own special recipe.  Trained in French cuisine in Europe, Cumming has served as chef to the Queen of England, owned restaurants on the East Coast, and been featured in his own television cooking show.)

Derek Martin addresses the haggis.

Mary Lou Clift, Vista, seated behind a Scottish thistle, claps as the Sterling Bridge Pipe Band enters the banquet room.

Jerry and Maria Flynt, long-time members of North County Scots.

Jeanne McDougall, left, singer/guitarist for the local group Glenfinnan, and Janette McLintock, North County Scots secretary and Burns Supper organizer, took time to chat.

Cary Sullivan and Steve Valentine enjoy their first Rabbie Burns Supper!
